Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Product Support Specialist at brighthush, you will serve as the first line of interaction between our partner brands and the end‑user. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct In‑Home Usage Tests (IHUT) for a variety of consumer products, documenting your experience, capturing multimedia evidence, and providing detailed feedback. You will operate independently, yet remain connected to our research teams through digital platforms and scheduled check‑ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product assignment.
• Unbox, set up, and use the product as instructed, ensuring it is handled responsibly.
• Capture high‑quality screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries that reflect your real‑world experience.
• Utilize brighthush's Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to record Point‑of‑Emotion® insights, providing depth and nuance to your feedback.
• Participate in private chat rooms or virtual focus groups hosted by partner research firms to discuss product features and usability.
• Submit written reviews, ratings, and any additional data requested by the research team within the specified deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security protocols.
• Communicate any product issues, defects, or user experience challenges promptly to the research team.
• Commit to a consistent weekly schedule of 15–25 hours, ensuring reliability and continuity for our partners.
