Vice President of Communications

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time Vice President of Communications will manage key accounts, drive integrated communications strategies, and foster team development while working remotely or from the New York office. Key responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day lead on key accounts, ensuring delivery of high-impact, insight-driven work Own the operational, financial, and team health of assigned accounts, contributing to organic growth and new business efforts Lead, develop, and coach the team, promoting a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while inspiring the next generation of leaders Required qualifications Approximately 8-10 years of progressive communications experience in corporate and brand communications Strong experience managing integrated communications programs focused on corporate reputation and social impact Deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer communications Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Proven management skills with experience in motivating and developing team members Experience: 12 years required
