Role Description The Vice President of Corporate Development is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving Indiwebpros’ growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and transactions. This role oversees the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating strategic fit, leading negotiations, and coordinating integration planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining the corporate development strategy, managing a pipeline of potential acquisitions and investments, and partnering with finance, legal, and operations teams to assess opportunities. The Vice President will lead financial modeling, oversee due diligence activities, prepare executive-level presentations, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and the board. This role also includes market and competitive analysis, building relationships with external advisors, and ensuring that all corporate development efforts support the company’s long-term objectives and risk profile.
Qualifications
Strong corporate development and acquisitions experience, including sourcing, structuring, and executing strategic transactions. Advanced financial modeling and finance skills to evaluate deals, build scenarios, and support investment decisions. Demonstrated due diligence expertise, coordinating cross-functional reviews of financial, operational, legal, and commercial risks. Proven track record in strategy, market analysis, and competitive intelligence within technology or digital services environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners. Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams, with strong project management and organizational capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Prior senior-level corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience is highly beneficial.
