Vice President of Corporate Marketing

Role Description The Vice President of Corporate Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing vision and strategy for Priscential Cosmetics. This role oversees brand positioning, corporate messaging, and marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the cosmetics industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing corporate communications, guiding brand management initiatives, and driving thought leadership efforts across channels. The Vice President will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent corporate branding, alignment with business objectives, and effective measurement of marketing performance. This role also includes mentoring marketing team members, managing budgets, and identifying new opportunities for market expansion and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Marketing, including strategic planning, campaign management, and performance analysis. Strong background in Corporate Communications, with experience in messaging, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability in Brand Management and Corporate Branding, ensuring consistent identity and positioning across all touchpoints. Experience driving Thought Leadership initiatives, including content development, industry engagement, and executive visibility. Leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams in a corporate or consumer brand environment. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration, time management, and decision-making skills. Advanced analytical skills, including familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products sector is strongly preferred.
