Vice President of Creative Marketing Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Creative Marketing Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the creative vision and marketing execution for NustagOfficial. This role oversees the development of integrated creative strategies that strengthen the brand, support recruitment, sponsorship, and public outreach, and highlight the society’s engineering achievements. Day-to-day tasks include guiding concept development for campaigns, supervising art direction for digital and print materials, reviewing content for visual and messaging consistency, and collaborating with technical and leadership teams to translate complex projects into accessible, engaging narratives. The Vice President will manage creative workflows, set priorities, coordinate with external partners and student teams, and ensure all marketing initiatives align with NustagOfficial’s mission of innovation and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead high-impact campaigns and align creative output with organizational goals. Strong Branding skills, including developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across digital, print, and event-related materials. Proficiency in Art Direction and Concept Development to supervise design work, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation. Experience managing creative operations, including project planning, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and engineering concepts into clear, compelling messages. Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, accountability, and digital collaboration skills. Background in marketing, communications, design, or related fields; prior experience in automotive, technology, or sustainability-focused initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content creation software is beneficial.
