Vice President of Custome Succes

Role Description The Vice President of Customer Success is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and leading the customer success strategy for Padel LK. This position oversees the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding corporate and individual clients to supporting long-term engagement and retention. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining customer success processes, setting service standards, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across bookings, memberships, and events. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and usage data, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and expand services, and developing programs that encourage repeat visits and corporate partnerships. The Vice President of Customer Success also mentors team members who interact directly with customers, setting performance metrics and best practices that reflect Padel LK’s values and growth objectives.

Qualifications

Customer success and client management skills, including experience designing customer journeys, onboarding processes, and retention programs. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate with internal teams and nurture long-term corporate and individual client partnerships. Analytical skills for interpreting customer data, feedback, and usage trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Experience in service-oriented industries such as sports, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses is highly beneficial. Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide customer-facing teams and establish clear performance standards. Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for customer communication, booking systems, and CRM or customer success software. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
