Vice-President of Global Expansion

Role Description The Vice-President of Global Expansion is a full-time remote role responsible for leading Dortech Group’s international growth strategy and execution. This position oversees market analysis, entry planning, and the launch of new regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local regulatory requirements. The role includes building and managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with product, operations, finance, and marketing to adapt offerings to regional needs, and negotiating strategic partnerships and alliances. The VP will monitor performance across global markets, optimize expansion plans based on data-driven insights, and report progress and risks to the executive leadership team. Day-to-day activities involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement of global expansion processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in international business development, global market expansion, or similar executive leadership roles. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable expansion plans. Demonstrated capability in building and leading diverse, distributed teams and collaborating across functions and geographies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including working with partners, clients, and senior leadership. Knowledge of global regulatory, legal, and compliance considerations related to market entry and cross-border operations. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for international initiatives. Comfort with remote work environments, including proficiency with digital collaboration tools and virtual leadership. Advanced degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Ability to travel internationally as needed to support market assessments, partner meetings, and regional team engagement.
