Role Description The Vice-President of Global Operations Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, execution, and optimization of global operational frameworks across DeltaX. This role oversees end-to-end operational performance, aligning regional operations with corporate strategy and ensuring scalable processes that support rapid growth in AI products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing global operational strategies, driving operational excellence initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. The VP will collaborate closely with product, R&D, finance, and commercial teams to optimize supply chain structures, resource allocation, and delivery models for AI solutions. This position also monitors key performance indicators, leads continuous improvement programs, and mentors regional operations leaders to build a high-performing global operations function.
Qualifications
Strong background in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with experience designing and improving global processes and frameworks. Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and risk mitigation in technology or AI-driven environments. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into long-term operational roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated Project Management expertise, including leading complex, cross-border initiatives, managing stakeholders, and delivering on time and within budget. Extensive leadership experience in senior operations roles, preferably in AI, technology, or high-growth innovation-focused companies. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with comfort using metrics and dashboards to guide strategy and performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, multicultural, and cross-functional teams. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Experience in global expansion, scaling operations across multiple regions, and navigating diverse regulatory and business environments is highly beneficial.
