Vice President of Global Planning Services
Role Description This full-time, remote Vice President of Global Planning Services role at SUN Jewelry oversees end-to-end planning and delivery of global professional services and solutions. The role is responsible for defining and executing service strategies, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across regions. The Vice President leads cross-functional planning initiatives, manages complex projects and programs, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, mentoring and developing planning and delivery teams, and aligning global service operations with business and customer objectives. The role also involves contributing to long-term strategic planning, budget management, and risk mitigation for global services.
Qualifications
Strong background in Service Delivery and Professional Services, with a track record of overseeing complex, global service operations. Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective service design, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of large-scale programs. Effective Team Leadership capabilities, with experience building, coaching, and leading diverse, distributed teams. Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within planning, operations, or services organizations, preferably in a global context. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize processes, and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience working in remote or hybrid environments and comfort with digital collaboration tools. Ability to travel internationally as needed to support global teams and key initiatives.
