Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will drive the creation and execution of market-leading investment strategies across crypto derivatives, yield generation, and stablecoin staking protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of professional crypto analysts and quantitative strategists.
Design, evaluate, and optimize scalable trading and staking strategies, with a core focus on crypto derivatives and yield-generating protocols. Conduct macro market research, liquidity analysis, and systemic risk assessments across DeFi and CeFi ecosystems. Collaborate closely with risk management and trading execution teams to ensure optimal capital allocation and strict drawdown controls. Present strategic market insights, risk-adjusted yield models, and performance reviews to executive management and institutional clients.
