About the Role
Everview Partners, L.P. is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead operational planning, organizational execution, and business process optimization. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to establish operational priorities, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, improve organizational efficiency, and support the company's long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, sound business judgment, and a proven ability to translate strategic goals into measurable operational results in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, growth plans, and long-term priorities. Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to establish priorities, evaluate business performance, and support critical organizational decisions. Operational Excellence: Oversee operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable systems, procedures, and performance standards. Cross-Functional Management: Coordinate activities across departments to improve communication, strengthen accountability, and ensure consistent execution of strategic initiatives. Performance Management: Establish operational KPIs, monitor business results, evaluate performance trends, and implement improvements to achieve organizational targets. Organizational Development: Support organizational planning, resource allocation, workforce coordination, and management development to strengthen operational capabilities. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve productivity, optimize operating costs, and enhance overall business effectiveness. Risk Management and Controls: Promote effective operational controls, support risk identification and mitigation, and help ensure adherence to applicable company policies and regulatory requirements. Project and Initiative Oversight: Direct major operational projects, monitor implementation milestones, and ensure that initiatives are delivered within established timelines and resource parameters. Business Growth Support: Develop operational frameworks that support expansion, adaptability, and sustainable business performance. Leadership and Accountability: Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-oriented management across the organization. Executive Reporting: Prepare operational reports, performance assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Significant professional experience in operations management, business leadership, or organizational strategy, including experience leading teams or managing complex operational functions. Demonstrated ability to develop operational strategies and translate executive priorities into actionable business plans. Strong understanding of business processes, performance management, resource planning, and organizational development. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present operational insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities, lead organizational change, and deliver measurable results in a remote work environment. High standards of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and sound business judgment. Preferred Skills Experience supporting business growth, operational transformation, or organizational scaling. Familiarity with operational reporting, KPI development, process improvement methodologies, and performance analytics. Ability to identify emerging operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions. Experience collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning and business performance reviews. Work Arrangement This is a remote position based in the United States. The successful candidate will work with executive leadership and relevant teams through virtual collaboration, structured reporting, and regular strategic and operational reviews.
