Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of the company’s product portfolio. This role leads cross-functional coordination between product, operations, technology, and business teams to ensure product initiatives are planned, executed, and measured effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing product workflows, establishing and refining processes, setting performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across product lines. The Vice President will manage strategic programs, prioritize roadmaps, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment between business goals and product delivery. This role also mentors product operations staff, supports executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance customer and broker experiences.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Product Operations and Product Management, with the ability to design and optimize processes across multiple products. Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and develop insights that guide product and operational decisions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change in a dynamic environment. Experience in real estate, proptech, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with technology-driven product ecosystems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an asset.
