Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the operational success of Intelica’s product portfolio and related initiatives. This position leads product operations processes, defines standards, and ensures alignment between product, technology, and business teams to support scalable, efficient delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing product roadmaps and release plans, establishing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in product workflows and tools. The role also involves collaborating with executives on strategic planning, monitoring operational risk, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that product-related decisions are informed by data and stakeholder feedback. The Vice President will mentor team members, build best practices, and ensure clear communication across departments to support consistent, high-quality product outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Operations, including building and optimizing processes, workflows, and standards to support a product portfolio. Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, define performance metrics, and support data-informed decision-making for product and operational strategies. Proven experience in Product Management, including roadmap development, stakeholder prioritization, and lifecycle management of products or services. Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with senior leadership in a dynamic, remote work environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on clarity, accountability, and execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial. Background in real estate, proptech, or related industries is a plus, along with familiarity with SaaS or technology-enabled service models.
