Vice President of Products

Role Description The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the bank’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap across core financial services and digital channels. This role oversees end-to-end product management, from market and customer research through concept development, requirements definition, and successful launch and lifecycle optimization. The Vice President will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative, compliant, and profitable banking products. Daily responsibilities include prioritizing product initiatives, setting performance metrics, monitoring product performance, and making data-informed decisions to improve customer experience and business outcomes. The role also includes mentoring product managers, aligning product plans with corporate objectives, and representing product strategy in executive discussions.

Qualifications

Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product vision, roadmap, and execution. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and financial metrics for decision-making. Proven Product Development experience, including leading products from concept to launch and iterative improvement. Demonstrated Cross-functional Team Leadership, with a track record of partnering effectively with technology, operations, compliance, and commercial teams. Extensive experience in financial services or fintech, ideally in banking products, digital banking, or payments. Ability to operate in a remote environment, manage distributed teams, and communicate clearly across time zones. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics to senior stakeholders.
