Role Description The Vice-President of Project Operations, North America is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of educational programs and initiatives across the region. This position leads operational strategy, coordinates cross-functional project teams, and ensures that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, refining processes, and resolving operational issues to maintain high-quality delivery. The role also involves working closely with internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service to students, mentors, and institutional stakeholders. The Vice-President will contribute to strategic decision-making, budget oversight, and continuous improvement efforts to support sustainable growth and impact.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and team coordination. Proven experience in P&L Management and budget oversight to support responsible growth. Demonstrated Strategic Planning abilities to align regional operations with organizational objectives. Advanced Project Management skills for managing multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service and stakeholder engagement across diverse communities. Experience in education, non-profit, or social impact sectors is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
