Vice President of Quality Control
Role Description The Vice President of Quality Control is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality standards of job postings, employer information, and related content across the platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining quality control frameworks to ensure all listings are verified, accurate, and compliant with internal guidelines and relevant regulations. The Vice President will lead a quality team, set performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily tasks include reviewing quality reports, collaborating with operations, compliance, and technology teams, resolving quality issues, and updating policies and procedures as needed. The role also includes developing best practices for quality management, training staff on quality protocols, and contributing to strategic decisions that support reliable and trusted job updates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of all platform content. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality System development to design, implement, and optimize organization-wide quality frameworks. Candidates should possess experience in Regulatory Affairs to maintain compliance with relevant regional regulations and industry standards. Extensive leadership experience in quality-focused roles, ideally at a senior or executive level. Proven ability to manage remote teams, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, compliance, and technology functions. Relevant academic background in quality management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in quality (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) are an asset.
