Position Title: Vice President of Regional Operations Location: United States Workplace Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Executive Leadership About the RoleEverview Partners, L.P. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Regional Operations to oversee regional business operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent execution of company-wide objectives. This executive will be responsible for translating organizational strategy into regional operating plans, improving business performance, and strengthening coordination across teams and functions. Working closely with executive leadership and regional management teams, the Vice President of Regional Operations will establish operational priorities, monitor performance, optimize resources, and implement scalable processes that support business growth and long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Leadership: Oversee regional operational activities, establish management priorities, and ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop regional operating plans, implement strategic initiatives, and achieve organizational objectives. Operational Performance: Establish performance standards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate regional results, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, standardize procedures, and promote continuous improvement across regional functions. Regional Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to regional managers and operational teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional development. Budget & Resource Management: Coordinate regional resource planning, monitor operating expenditures, and support the effective allocation of personnel and other business resources. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with finance, compliance, technology, human resources, and other relevant departments to improve communication and operational consistency. Risk Management & Internal Controls: Identify regional operational risks, support the implementation of internal controls, and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Business Expansion: Support regional growth initiatives, evaluate operational capabilities, and develop processes that accommodate changing business needs. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regional performance reports, operational assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Change Management: Lead regional implementation of new policies, systems, and operating procedures while minimizing disruption to business activities. Organizational Alignment: Ensure regional teams understand company objectives, performance expectations, and operational standards. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Significant experience in operations management, regional leadership, business administration, or a related executive position. Demonstrated ability to lead regional operations and execute strategic business initiatives. Strong understanding of operational planning, performance management, budgeting, and process optimization. Experience managing multiple teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and overseeing complex operational projects. Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to interpret operational data and translate business insights into actionable plans. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a remote work environment.
