Role Description The Vice President of Risk Management is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing Kleza Solutions’ enterprise risk framework across digital marketing and software development operations. This role leads the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks related to market conditions, financial exposure, client portfolios, technology projects, and regulatory considerations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing risk policies and procedures, conducting risk analyses and scenario modeling, and collaborating with finance, sales, product, and technology teams to integrate risk controls into business planning. The Vice President will prepare executive-level reports and dashboards, present risk findings and recommendations to senior leadership, and drive implementation of mitigation strategies. This role also oversees risk governance processes, coordinates internal audits or reviews, and mentors team members on risk awareness and best practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, including designing and implementing risk frameworks and governance structures. Strong knowledge of Market Risk and its application to digital marketing, software development, and related business models. Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, modeling, and trend analysis. Solid background in Finance and Financial Services, including understanding of budgets, forecasts, revenue models, and financial controls. Proven experience in a senior risk management or related leadership role, preferably within technology, SaaS, or professional services organizations. Ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing practical mitigation plans. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM, CFA) is an asset. Experience leading distributed or remote teams and working effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
