Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance and long-term business strategy. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and align operational plans with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key operational metrics, guiding P&L performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves developing and refining strategic plans, improving customer service standards, monitoring resource allocation, and identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. The Vice President will partner with senior leadership to shape organizational direction, support change management, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of optimizing processes and improving organizational efficiency. Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance oversight. Customer Service leadership skills, with the ability to design and maintain high-quality client experiences and service standards. Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term objectives, aligning operational plans, and executing growth initiatives. Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. Experience in real estate or a related industry is highly beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
