Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and driving the long-term vision and growth strategy of the company. This position leads the development of business plans, evaluates new markets and opportunities, and aligns strategic initiatives with financial goals and organizational capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research efforts, analyzing performance data, collaborating with senior leadership on investment and expansion decisions, and monitoring the execution of strategic projects. The role also involves building frameworks for strategic decision-making, guiding cross-functional teams, and providing regular reports and recommendations to the executive team and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to define long-term goals and build executable roadmaps. Candidates should possess high-level Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, assess trends, and identify growth opportunities. Candidates should possess solid Finance and related quantitative skills to evaluate business cases, budgets, and investment returns. Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with significant experience in strategic or corporate planning roles. Background in real estate, housing, or related industries is beneficial, as is experience in remote collaboration and digital productivity tools.
