Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Projects is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading high-impact initiatives across ARKA Studio’s creative and AI build offerings. This role oversees the scoping, planning, and execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, client needs, and operational capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include defining project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources to deliver AI-powered creative solutions and custom tools on time and within budget. The Vice President of Strategic Projects will collaborate closely with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, establish success metrics, and refine processes for scalable delivery. The role also includes stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of the studio’s pipelines, with an emphasis on innovation, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects, ideally in creative, technology, or AI-driven environments. Strong skills in project and program management, including roadmap development, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Ability to translate business objectives into clear operational plans and workflows, and to optimize processes for efficiency and quality. Experience collaborating with executive leadership and senior stakeholders, with strong skills in communication, influence, and decision-making. Comfort working with AI, software, or data-driven products, and the ability to partner effectively with technical and creative teams. Proven leadership capabilities, including building and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining accountability for outcomes. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, design, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial. Experience in remote-first or distributed organizations, with the ability to manage teams and projects across locations and time zones.
