Role Description The Vice President of Technical Innovation is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and innovation roadmap for the Digital Neo Vault platform. This role oversees end-to-end software development initiatives, guiding engineering teams in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions that power tamper-proof data and AI capabilities. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product management to define requirements, prioritizing features, and aligning technical strategies with business objectives. The Vice President will evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, optimize cloud-based infrastructure, and ensure that development practices meet high standards for performance, reliability, and security. This role also involves mentoring technical leaders, establishing best practices, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver differentiated, market-leading solutions.
Qualifications
Strong background in Software Development, with experience leading complex, high-scale platforms and setting technical direction. Hands-on expertise in Product Management, including roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into technical requirements. Proficiency in modern programming languages and ecosystems such as Java and C#, with the ability to guide architecture and code quality. Deep experience in Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native solutions. Proven track record in technical leadership roles (Director, VP, or equivalent) within data, AI, or high-security technology environments. Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and best practices for tamper-proof and integrity-focused systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead diverse, remote engineering teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in luxury assets, fintech, digital identity, or provenance-related platforms is a plus.
