Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across AGRO ADPARO SL’s food and beverage portfolio. The role includes managing daily operational performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain, production, and distribution activities. This position leads cross-functional teams, establishes operational benchmarks, and drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals. The Vice President Operations will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L oversight, while monitoring customer service standards and compliance with food industry regulations. The role also involves guiding project execution, implementing best practices, and using data-driven insights to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and supply chain oversight. Proven experience in P&L Management and financial performance tracking for operational units. Strong Customer Service orientation, with a focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Practical background in Strategic Planning, including setting operational goals and long-term roadmaps. Hands-on Project Management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing operational improvements. Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry, with understanding of regulatory and quality standards. Ability to lead remote teams, build collaboration, and communicate effectively across locations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, supported by data-driven approaches. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is beneficial.
