Role Description The Vice President Operations role at Propre et Net 35 is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role leads operational planning, sets performance targets, and ensures processes support efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President Operations collaborates with leadership on strategic initiatives, manages budgets and P&L, and monitors key performance indicators to ensure business goals are met. Daily activities include supervising operational teams, aligning projects with strategic priorities, resolving escalated service issues, and optimizing workflows and resource utilization. The role also involves building strong cross-functional relationships, implementing best practices, and supporting change management to sustain long-term growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and team leadership. Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial analysis to support data-driven operational decisions. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service, with the ability to design and oversee service standards and resolve complex client issues. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational goals, developing roadmaps, and aligning initiatives with company objectives. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track operational projects within scope, time, and budget. Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication skills, experience leading remote teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an asset. Prior experience in senior operational leadership roles with demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving efficiency is highly advantageous.
