Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the company’s real estate portfolio and service lines. This position will lead operational planning, implement processes and policies, and ensure efficient execution of projects and transactions. The role involves managing budgets and P&L performance, optimizing customer service delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve productivity and profitability. The Vice President Operations will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across all operations.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows. Demonstrated P&L Management skills, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability optimization. Background in Customer Service leadership, ensuring high-quality client experiences and service standards. Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and delivering complex initiatives. Proven leadership experience in operations or related functions, ideally within real estate or a similarly complex service environment. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting with strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities and familiarity with operational KPIs and performance dashboards. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience managing distributed teams and driving change management and process improvement initiatives.
