Vice President/Associate Vice President, Strategist
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President/Associate Vice President, Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape investment perspectives across U.S. real estate markets and property sectors, translating research and market intelligence into forward-looking strategy. The position partners closely with investment professionals and quantitative specialists to inform decision-making and support portfolio performance. It also offers the opportunity to produce thought leadership that helps frame market views and guide strategic debate. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. real estate markets and property sectors Analyze market conditions for potential investments, with a focus on supply, demand, and economic trends Develop forward-looking investment strategies based on macroeconomic and property sector data Guide the creation of analytical tools and quantitative models in collaboration with quantitative research partners Author thought leadership pieces, including white papers and market analyses Mentor junior analysts and interns, contributing to their professional development Qualifications 5+ years of experience in real estate investment research or a related field Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business, economics, or urban planning Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis; familiarity with data science tools is a plus Excellent communication skills for distilling complex information into clear narratives Demonstrated ability to engage in constructive debate and collaborate across teams Intellectual curiosity and a deep interest in real estate market dynamics
