ScaledOps is building an AI operator that runs complex projects end to end: gathering context, planning, drafting, and coordinating, then bringing in a human when taste is what's needed. We're starting with content marketing. Every company is sitting on hours of podcasts, demos, webinars and customer calls that nobody has ever cut up, and it's some of the best material they have. Our product pulls transcripts, scans for moments worth using, and assembles rough cuts. Your job is to be the tastemaker. Find clips worth saving, polish those, and ditch the rest. An AI can generate a hundred rough cuts, we need you to tell us which one si worth it. What you'll do Retime, recut, rehook, or bin the rough cuts you're handed Choose the hook and the first two seconds Caption, pace, and finish: subtitles, punch-ins, b-roll, cuts on the beat, sound Own the final call on what goes out under a founder's name What we're looking for Instinct for what makes a good clip and hook. Speed. You can edit clips quickly Fluency in any serious editing tool A feel for how each platform behaves and how a clip should change across them Attention to detail: no misaligned captions, clipped audio, or dead frames No specific background required.
