What You’ll Do:
- Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews
- Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS
- Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses
- Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed
- 2+ years recruiting experience (required)
- Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift
- Must have a computer with webcam and a smartphone
- Salary TBD at offer
- Bonus pay available
2+ years recruiting experience required; familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS; strong communication skills; organized and detail-oriented; bachelor's degree preferred; must have computer with webcam and smartphone.
