VP Client Success
For our client, we are seeking a VP Client Success to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will shape the strategy and operating model for a high-performing Client Success function serving a complex healthcare customer base. You will own the long-term vision for client onboarding, service delivery, renewals, and account growth, ensuring the organization is aligned to business goals and evolving client expectations. This position partners closely with cross-functional leaders across operations, technology, finance, and commercial teams to scale the function and improve client outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $193,500 – $256,000 annually
Responsibilities
Establish and execute the multiyear Client Success strategy aligned with corporate objectives Determine the investments needed across organizational structure, financial resources, workforce planning, and technology Anticipate shifts in client expectations and market conditions to evolve the Client Success model Own outcomes across onboarding, service, renewals, and account growth Design and scale the Client Success operating model, including service segmentation and organizational structure
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Master’s preferred 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Client Success or related fields, particularly in healthcare or financial services 8+ years leading large, complex organizations through senior leaders Proven success in establishing and executing business-unit or enterprise strategies Experience using technology, data, automation, and AI to enhance client outcomes
