Role Description The VP of Enterprise Service Delivery (Internship) is a remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of enterprise-wide service delivery initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the design and improvement of service delivery frameworks, helping coordinate enterprise programs, and contributing to the documentation of processes and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to examine current service models, identify opportunities for optimization, and support the implementation of best practices. The intern will also help monitor service performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and prepare reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Service Delivery and IT Service Management, with the ability to understand enterprise-level service operations. Knowledge of Business Process Improvement and Program Management, including exposure to workflow design or project coordination. Solid Analytical Skills, with proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional environments. Interest in enterprise technology, operations, or management consulting; prior internship or project experience in related fields is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
