VP of Operations

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a VP of Operations at IPF l'Excellence Sousse. The VP of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, strong performance, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing policies and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational outcomes. The role involves developing and executing operational strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets, and supporting P&L performance. The VP of Operations will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, lead high-impact projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and accountability.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates should possess P&L Management skills, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to design and maintain service standards that enhance client satisfaction. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational priorities, aligning resources, and supporting long-term organizational goals. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with experience leading complex initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development, coaching, and performance management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data to drive improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in senior operations or executive roles within service-oriented or educational organizations is highly beneficial.
