VP of Operations & Leadership Development

Role Description The VP of Operations & Leadership Development is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational efficiency and building strong leadership capabilities across the organization. This role manages and optimizes business processes, ensures alignment of operations with strategic goals, and supports sustainable growth. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, refining workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and overseeing budgets and resource allocation. The VP will also design and implement leadership development programs, coach managers, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance improvement. Experience with P&L Management and financial oversight to support profitable growth. Ability to drive Customer Service excellence and enhance customer-focused operations. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with a track record of translating vision into operational plans. Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time and within scope. Proven leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing managers and teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in remote and dynamic environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer products industries is preferred.
