Responsibilities
Develop challenging scientific problems and reference solutions. Evaluate AI outputs for scientific accuracy and rigor. Create assessment rubrics based on established research methods. Validate experimental designs and computational workflows. Provide clear scientific explanations and participate in peer reviews.
Qualifications
Completed PhD in a life sciences field or a closely related discipline. Hands-on research experience in an academic or industry laboratory. Professional written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
Practical wet lab experience, including PCR, cell culture, sequencing, or protein analysis. Postdoctoral or advanced academic research experience. Peer-reviewed scientific publications. PhD from a leading research university.
