WordPress.com Tutoring Website Edits

I need help making edits to my WordPress.com tutoring website. The work includes reviewing the current site, identifying areas for improvement, and making practical updates to improve clarity and usability. I need you to do video calls with me so we can agree on the edits and talk through the changes as they are being made. I'm not looking for a consultation or for someone to make a big plan for the site, I just need a few finishing touches to my current site like making a proper footer, adding a higher quality featured image (for some reason, it doesn't retain the original quality), change the background colour of the menu on mobile, and there are two plugins that I need to change the colour of but need additional CSS: the booking form and the testimonials slider on the homepage. I am using the Lotix theme and Latepoint plugin. I'll send you the link to my website when you submit your application. Please note: I am looking for an expert to look at the site, notices what needs doing, and just goes ahead and does it there and then. I have a few things I'd like done, but I'd also like your opinion. This is a long-term job with other jobs like this in the future. Thanks
