Workamajig Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Contract / Full-Time From immediate To Dec 2027 Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated Workamajig Consultant/Product Analyst with strong Finance domain expertise to support business transformation, workflow automation, employee experience initiatives, and financial process optimization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on experience with Workamajig (or similar employee engagement/workflow platforms) and a solid understanding of Finance operations, reporting, controls, and business processes. Technical Skills Workamajig Administration & Configuration Financial Systems & Reporting Excel Modelling Workflow Automation Jira / Confluence API & Integration Fundamentals
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance, HR, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workamajig solutions and workflows. Configure, customize, and support Workamajig modules, workflows, surveys, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. Design dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms for Finance leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and adoption. Support integrations between Workamajig and enterprise applications such as Workday, Oracle and reporting platforms. Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Conduct testing, UAT coordination, issue resolution, and production support activities. Drive change management, user training, and business enablement initiatives. Identify automation opportunities leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow technologies. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Applications. Hands-on experience with Workamajig or comparable employee experience/workflow platforms. Strong Finance functional knowledge across FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, AP, AR, and budgeting processes. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Ability to work directly with Finance executives and business users.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs. Knowledge on Finance platforms. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or comparable analytics tools. Exposure to GenAI, Workflow Automation, and Conversational AI solutions. Soft Skills Executive-level communication Problem-solving mindset Process improvement orientation Cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical and presentation skills Nice-to-Have for Lyft Environment Experience in technology, mobility, transportation, rideshare, or platform-based businesses. Familiarity with operational and financial metrics used by high-growth digital companies. Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence platforms supporting Finance organizations.
