Workday Learning Lead

Develop and implement innovative solutions for learning management using the Workday platform. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Learning and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their learning needs and provide tailored recommendations for their business. Lead project teams and manage all aspects of the Workday Learning implementation process, including scoping, planning, design, testing, and deployment. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients on the use of Workday Learning. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot issues with the Workday Learning platform and provide timely resolutions. Mentor and guide junior team members to build their expertise in Workday Learning. Act as a liaison between the client and Deloitte, building and maintaining strong relationships with both. Continuously evaluate and improve learning processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to integrate Workday Learning with other systems and processes. Stay informed on Workday updates and new releases, and provide recommendations for how they can benefit clients. Participate in business development activities, such as client presentations and proposal development. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Deloitte's values and brand at all times.
