About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive academic advising and support services for on-ground and online students, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience.

• Collaborate with Student Life and Development, Academics, and the Learning Resource Center to develop effective study strategies, tutoring, time management, and accountability measures that promote student retention and success.
• Utilize analytics and data management systems to track student progress, generate attendance reports, review Academic Standing, confirm degree audits, and verify graduation requirements.
• Process and manage academic and attendance probationary status changes, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized academic plans, tracking student progress and reporting on activities to respective Department Deans.
• Identify "at-risk" students in partnership with Student Success, Financial Planning, the Office of the Registrar, and Department Deans, and communicate the implications of various policies and procedures related to academic and attendance policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to student inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA, state law, and college policies.
• Participate in on-campus and off-campus student activities to promote a sense of community and reputed company the overall student experience.
