AccrediMatch is a technology-enabled healthcare staffing platform that connects home health agencies and healthcare organizations with credential-verified nurses and care professionals. Identity, background, licensure, and required training are verified before a professional is matched. Matching, scheduling, payments, and communication are then automated end to end. The model is asset-light, two-sided, and compliance-native, with network effects that compound as verified supply and agency demand grow in each market. AccrediMatch is led by CEO Thomas Wheat, a healthcare operator on his third venture. Thomas founded Pediatric Home Healthcare and scaled it to $1.5 million in weekly revenue before selling to a strategic acquirer in 2024. He also served in a board role with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. He is joined by: Chairman George Gundling, a former Frito-Lay and PepsiCo technology executive and healthcare SaaS entrepreneur Chief Operating Officer Ro Espinosa, a Wharton MBA and serial entrepreneur Chief Technology Officer George Wensowitch, a former Fortune 50 technology executive Robert Andreyka, VP of Credentialing and Compliance, who previously grew Intellicentrics to 400,000 credentialed professionals KEY MILESTONES End-to-end platform built and deployed, including a mobile app for care professionals, a workforce management platform for healthcare organizations, and a supporting back-office system Hundreds of nurses and care professionals onboarded and credential-verified Initial revenue generated through a paid market trial with Caprock Home Health $1.85 million raised in pre-seed financing to build and validate the platform $375,000 of a $750,000 seed round secured, with the balance allocated to sales, care-professional recruitment, and customer acquisition Head of Sales search underway, with three finalists who bring healthcare staffing technology experience and established industry relationships ADVISORY BOARD ROLE We are looking for experienced directors and operating partners who can: Advise the CEO on governance, board reporting, and the KPIs that matter at seed stage Guide capital strategy, seed round positioning, and preparation for the next raise Advise on strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and long-term exit paths Help recruit and evaluate senior leadership as the team grows Share lessons from founding, scaling, and exiting healthcare and technology companies Make introductions to strategic partners, acquirers, and capital sources APPLY IF YOU ARE... A board director with a portfolio of healthcare services or healthtech companies and operating experience of your own An operating partner at a private equity or growth firm focused on healthcare services, staffing, or healthtech A founder or CEO who has founded, scaled, sold, or exited a company and now serves on boards A former C-suite executive with board experience at a public, private equity-backed, or venture-backed healthcare company Experience with healthcare staffing, home-based care, or marketplace businesses is a strong plus. WHAT WE OFFER Equity compensation for advisory board members under a formal advisory agreement A seat alongside a CEO with a completed healthcare exit and a leadership team that has invested its own capital and operating effort in the company Direct influence on the governance and capital strategy of a validated platform entering its growth stage A time commitment of approximately 2 hours per month, fully remote Advisors may have the opportunity to participate in the company’s current Regulation D 506(c) offering, subject to accreditation requirements.
