Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support meet performance milestones that lead to advancement and potential agency leadership opportunities
