Associate Customer Success Engineer – CRM Data Integrity & AI‑Driven Customer Success Specialist at brighthush
About brighthush
brighthush is a trailblazing B2B SaaS company that is redefining how businesses manage, cleanse, and govern their customer data. With a mission to make data integrity foundational to every AI‑driven decision, we empower more than 700 customers—including Fortune 500 enterprises, fast‑growing SaaS startups, and global service providers—to transform raw, messy data into a reliable, governed layer that powers sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
Our platform blends advanced data‑cleaning algorithms, intuitive workflow builders, and real‑time observability dashboards to help organizations define what “clean” looks like, enforce those standards continuously, and detect drift before it impacts critical business processes. As AI agents increasingly rely on CRM data to make decisions and write back changes, the need for a robust, governed data foundation has never been greater.
At brighthush, we’re not just building a product; we’re building a movement. We believe that clean data should be effortless, transparent, and empowering—no longer a technical hurdle but a strategic asset that drives growth, reduces risk, and fuels innovation.
