Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Job Summary Modern Mind Therapy is looking for talented, compassionate, and dedicated mental health professionals to join our growing telehealth practice. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll support individuals, couples, and families as they work toward improved mental and behavioral health. You’ll conduct intakes and assessments, contribute to diagnostic evaluations, and provide counseling under applicable clinical supervision and ethical guidelines. Services may include individual, group, family, and couples therapy in home, community, healthcare, or telehealth settings. Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, intake interviews, and diagnostic evaluations; document findings in accurate clinical and medical records. Provide psychotherapy and counseling interventions, including behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family or couples therapy, as appropriate to client needs and scope. Support and coordinate patient care and participate in supervision meetings with clinical supervisor. Deliver individual and group counseling, including adolescents and couple's counseling. Follow clinical documentation standards, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, and clinical ethical guidelines; complete data collection and support research activities as assigned. Skills Active registration number with the BBS Experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy Comfortable with telehealth technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong client communication and experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Pay: From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
