About the job We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Corporate Law Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125–200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task. This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level corporate law knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained corporate law attorney. Who We're Looking For You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Public Company M&A, Private Company M&A, Private Equity Buyouts & Sponsor Transactions, Joint Ventures & Strategic Investments, Carve-Outs, Divestitures & Spin-Offs, Special Committee & Conflict Transactions, Board Advice & Fiduciary Duties, Shareholder Activism & Takeover Defense, Delaware Corporate Law & Governance Documents, Startup Formation & Company-Side Venture Financings, Investor-Side Venture & Growth Equity Financings, or Startup M&A & Exits. Ideal backgrounds include Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the M&A and corporate groups of leading law firms Attorneys at governance, activism, and broad corporate firms Attorneys at startup and venture capital firms In-house M&A and corporate development counsel at large companies
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent English reading and writing skills Based in the United States JD from a leading US law school and currently practicing 5+ years of experience in corporate law or a closely related field Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of corporate law
