About The Role The Business Analyst will partner directly with stakeholders to understand business priorities, explore current and future operating models, and define requirements for high-value solutions. The role calls for someone who can connect business strategy with technology delivery, using structured analysis to clarify opportunities and support informed decisions. You will examine procurement and media processes, assess their operational and financial impact, and help determine where automation, AI, or agentic workflows may improve outcomes. Working across business, technical, and external partner groups, you will produce clear documentation that supports solution design, delivery planning, and implementation. This is a remote role suited to an experienced analyst who is comfortable facilitating discussions, managing complex requirements, and communicating insights to both working teams and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least five years of Business Analysis experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, media, enterprise transformation, or a closely related environment. A strong understanding of procurement processes, business operations, and financial impact assessment is important. Candidates should bring experience gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder sessions, mapping business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts—and the ability to evaluate their practical business applications—is expected. Experience reviewing enterprise systems, integrations, workflows, and data flows will help you assess solution impacts and dependencies. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The successful candidate can turn complex information into clear, actionable requirements and adapt communication to audiences with differing levels of technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to identify, validate, and prioritize business use cases, ensuring that proposed initiatives align with stakeholder needs and organizational goals. Work with stakeholders to understand procurement operations, media workflows, existing processes, and desired outcomes. Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and business impacts. Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance considerations. Evaluate potential AI and agentic workflow applications across procurement and media functions, considering their operational value and feasibility. Conduct data flow analysis, system integration assessments, and reviews of the relevant technology landscape. Support financial impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and KPI definition to help teams evaluate potential outcomes. Develop process maps, value stream maps, business requirements, and executive-ready documentation. Contribute to backlog refinement and maintain requirements traceability throughout delivery. Collaborate with customers, external partners, and project teams to clarify needs, address questions, and support successful solution implementation.
Benefits
The position is remote and offers an hourly rate of $70.00 to $80.00 for W-2 consultants. Corp-to-corp consultants may also be considered. W-2 consultants are eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and life insurance.
