Part-Time IT Support Specialist | 1099 Contractor Must be US based ICON Dental Partners is looking for a tech-savvy, service-minded IT professional to support our growing network of dental practices. If you enjoy solving problems, evaluating technology services, and turning complex information into practical recommendations, we’d love to connect! Projects may include: Reviewing service levels and support provided by our IT vendors. Auditing IT service and upgrade expenses to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for improvement. Developing a strategic technology roadmap with recommendations for the next 1–2 years. Coordinating and managing service issues raised by our partner practices, working with vendors to drive timely resolution. You may be a great fit if you bring: Experience in IT support, vendor management, and technology planning. An understanding of managed IT services and cybersecurity in the dental industry. Strong analytical, organization, and follow-through skills. The ability to explain technical topics clearly and build positive relationships with practice teams. Dental, healthcare, or multi-location business experience required. Live in the United States. This is a part-time, independent contractor (1099) opportunity with a mix of project work and ongoing service coordination. Expected hours per week 10-20. $50-$70 per hour paid as a 1099 contractor.
