About the Role
Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project focused on evaluating chatbot responses. You will compare outputs from multiple chatbots, assess their performance against defined criteria, and provide clear, structured evaluations. The role also involves gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams. The position is project-based and requires strong analytical skills, careful documentation, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting evaluation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for project activities. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and evaluation expectations. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Compare responses from multiple chatbots and provide final assessments based on defined evaluation criteria. Analyze workflows, business processes, and data to identify gaps and potential improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps, and other project documentation. Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support project delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with requirements gathering and process-mapping techniques. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications / Requirements Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Experience analyzing business requirements, documenting workflows, and preparing structured assessments is relevant to the role.
