We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – AI / Educational Raters (Gemini) We’re hiring for an exciting, fully remote contract opportunity focused on AI training, evaluation, and improving the quality of large language models. Role: Business Analyst – AI / Educational Raters (Gemini) Location: USA (eligible regions only; certain states are excluded) Contract Duration: 16 weeks Hourly Rate: $30/hour Working Hours: Full-time availability, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST Start Date: Immediate What We’re Looking For: Recent graduates or candidates currently pursuing a degree. Strong fluency in US English (en-US). Excellent analytical, research, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. An active, previously established Gemini App account with at least 18 months of genuine conversation history. At least 10 separate conversations related to education, academics, exam preparation, research, projects, or skill development. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses, identify inaccuracies, and provide clear, well-supported explanations. Experience in research, writing, editing, data analysis, or related fields is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex content, research questions, datasets, and logical reasoning problems. Conduct online research to verify facts and validate information. Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality. Provide corrections, detailed explanations, and constructive feedback. Create analytical scenarios and annotations to improve AI model performance. Summarize research findings into clear, concise, and structured content. Additional Requirements: Fully remote contractor opportunity. Candidates must have an existing Gemini account with genuine conversation history; newly created accounts solely for this project are not eligible. Candidates may remove personal information and selected chats from their exported JSON file before submission. Full-time availability is required for the 16-week engagement.
