Business Operations Analys

Role Description This part-time remote role as a Business Operations Analyst at Women IA & Data Academy focuses on supporting operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making across the organization. The person in this role will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement streamlined workflows. Daily tasks include collecting and interpreting operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with team members to refine procedures. The Business Operations Analyst will also support internal stakeholders by documenting requirements, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to initiatives that enhance learner and partner experiences. This role requires consistent communication with cross-functional teams and responsiveness to operational issues in a virtual environment.

Relevant qualifications include experience in a business operations, data, or analysis role, familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools, and comfort working in a remote environment. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with spreadsheets or BI tools, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an interest in IA, data, or digital education initiatives.
