Compensation is tied directly to qualifying MPSD revenue generated through Consultants assigned to the Manager’s region and actually received by Geist Consulting. The structure also provides additional participation tied to other qualifying MPSD regions outside the assigned region with appropriate collaboration and team support. Geist Consulting's current financial model illustrates potential annual revenue participation of approximately $182,000 in Year 2, based on a fully developed region of ten productive Consultants. These projections are illustrative, not guaranteed earnings. Complete compensation terms are reviewed with qualified candidates before engagement. FLEXIBILITY WITH RESPONSIBILITY The Regional Manager has flexibility in carrying out the role while meeting company SOPs, Consultant needs, required meetings, compliance standards, communication expectations, and regional responsibilities.
