Siemens TeamCenter Excellerator / Partner Connect / Multi-Site
Siemens Teamcenter Xcelerator Architect / Consultant (Partner Connect & Multi-Site) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Xcelerator Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise PLM environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, Partner Connect integrations, and Multi-Site deployments, supporting global engineering, manufacturing, and supplier collaboration initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, suppliers, and IT organizations to develop scalable PLM solutions that enable secure data sharing, efficient product development, and digital thread strategies across multiple business locations and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Siemens Teamcenter Xcelerator solutions for enterprise PLM environments. Architect and support Partner Connect solutions to enable secure collaboration with suppliers, customers, and external business partners. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Multi-Site Teamcenter environments supporting global engineering organizations. Develop strategies for data replication, synchronization, and governance across multiple Teamcenter instances. Lead architecture reviews and recommend best practices for scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to define PLM requirements. Support Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives. Create architecture documentation, deployment standards, and technical specifications. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis. Guide development teams on Teamcenter customization and integration approaches. Participate in digital transformation and Product Lifecycle Management programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. Extensive experience with Siemens Xcelerator architecture. Proven expertise implementing and supporting Teamcenter Multi-Site environments. Hands-on experience with Partner Connect configuration and administration. Strong understanding of: Teamcenter Data Model Access Manager BMIDE Workflow Designer Organization Management File Management System (FMS) Teamcenter Security Architecture Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, CAD, or other enterprise systems. Knowledge of Teamcenter deployment architectures in on-premise and cloud environments. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace. Experience with Teamcenter SOA, REST APIs, and integration frameworks. Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Industrial clients. Exposure to Siemens NX and other Siemens Digital Industries Software products. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized deployment strategies. Siemens PLM certifications preferred.
