Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute company-wide operational strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment. Improve operational efficiency, workflows, and business processes. Oversee resource planning, performance management, and operational initiatives. Coordinate strategic partnerships and interdepartmental projects. Establish operational KPIs and performance standards. Identify operational risks and implement improvement strategies. Support executive leadership in business planning and expansion. Qualifications15+ years of experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership. Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or comparable senior executive. Strong background in cross-functional leadership and organizational development. Experience managing complex operations and strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
